Tattoos are a massive part of who I am and are a way for me to express my personality and what is important to me. They help me also to solidify and understand feeling I have.
I wanted for many years to be a tattoo artist and even worked as an apprentice for a year before realising infact I didn’t feel it was right for me. I feel that part of my life may not be over forever but at the moment I want the freedom to travel and also felt I wanted to explore other things with my art/ design work before tying myself down to the time and commitment needed to be a tattoo artist at that moment in time.
I have 11 tattoos so far and have many ideas for more. They all have meaning for me, some are related to travel, or to my family or my little pug, I even have one for my football and baseball teams (Arsenal and NY Mets). I also love the traditional style and the history related to it which also related to the idea of travelling and sailor culture.
